One advantage of the water being in small droplets was that Derano didn't have to do too much to stop them. They were fast, but his flames were faster. Between the flames and the friction of the air those water droplets evaporated quickly. The rest of the whip, however, would be a bigger problem. Taking advantage of the flames he had already created for the water droplets he added more so when the whip hit a mass of steam was created. With the extra cover he quickly dodged the whip.
The mass of steam, however, was of advantage to Ishimaru. Turning the water into a gas allowed him to take charge of it through some airbending, and so he used a blast of wind to send the steam straight up into the air for it to cool, creating a small rain that could be used by Avani and Garun while dampening the place to hinder Derano.

Garun raised his hands and did a flick with one of his hands to cause some of the water to join making a ball of water. He then threw this at Derano.

Avani didnt know what to do, none of the attacks were really working.
"Guys, maybe we should get out of here."she suggested, "I dont think we can win this one unless we get closer."

" I agree with Avani" Garun said before doing a quick spin causing the water which was now on the floor to rise into a wall. He then blew on it freezing it. "Guys lets go. That wall wont stop him long. Why dont you get your Bison Ishimaru. Im sure me and Zhang could stop that guy from attacking him aslong as he is quick getting here." Garun said to Ishimaru as he started making a second wall from water in the air.

"Yeah, good plan but what about the trees? We have to go to her probably."Zhang told him. He looked around, and saw the helpless expression on Avani`s face. She must not have had to fight very much back home, he thought to himself.

"Hmm thats true. Well why doesnt Avani go to Suppo in a disguise. She could put my top on over hers and my pants on and leg it towards Suppo with Ishimaru as a shield. Hopefully that guy over there will presume it is me and not bother attacking as he wants the avatar" Garun said to Zhang.

"Fine. Well grab Avani and run for it. Me and Ishimaru could hold this guy up for you to get far enough. Then Ishimaru can go get Suppo while I hold this guy up and just pick me up on the way" Garun said to them I really want us to leave. This guy could seriously hurt us If we dont move now Garun thought to himself after finally building the second wall of ice.

Avani`s first instinct was to grab Garun`s hand and lead him back to Suppo, and thats just what she did. Zhang quickly followed after them, but waited behind for Ishimaru to come. He told the other two to continue with out them and that they would join them in a minute.

Derano just simply watched as the waterbender created walls of ice to "block" him. He didn't really care about them that much, but he decided it would just be best to let them off at this moment. He could easily get out of this situation through a little ingenuity of his firebending, so he had time to kill. Besides, if he started going after them while they ran he could get a sneak shot in.
"Alright guys, I'll be right behind you. Once you guys get to Suppo just say "Yip, Yip" and she'll take off. Don't worry, I'll be able to get on. Airbenders have the ability to jump very high, and since my staff serves as a glider I should be able to reach you even if you are in the air."
((Just so you know what I mean by "ingenuity" think Azula during the Boiling Rock episode. *evil grin*))

Garun let Avani lead him. "You heard him Zhang so lets go" Garun shouted as he and Avani ran. "Avani when we get to Suppo you jump on. I wanna make sure Zhang gets here" He said to her as Suppo came into view.

AVani noddedd and Zhang followed quickly behind the two. When she got to Suppo she got on, and waited for Garun to get on before taking off.

"Good your here" Garun said to Zhang before jumping on. He then turned and held his hand out to Zhang. "Avani get Suppo flying" Garun said to her while waiting for Zhang to grab his hand.
