Human Information
Name: Your character's name
Age: Your character's age
Gender: Your character's gender
Personality: How does your person behave, think, act around others, etc. Should be around a paragraph long.
History: What has happened to your person in their lifetime. Tell us about family,friends, enemies, etc. Should be around two paragraphs long
Pokemon Information
Pokemon Identity: What Pokemon have you been turned into. If you need help, take this quiz: Pokemon Personality Quiz
Remember that you can only be Basic level Pokemon. If you don't know what that means, here is an example:
Charmander->Charmeleon->Charizard is an evolution line. Charmander would be the Basic level. If the evolution line is like this though;
Pichu->Pikachu->Raichu, then Pikachu is the Basic Level.
Level: All character start at level five. See the Recruitment and Leveling Up thread for more information
Moves: What moves does your person know? You start off with any moves your Pokemon learns within the first five levels, though if your Pokemon does not know any offensive moves you will be forced to use a normal attack (punching,kicking,biting,etc.) that does little damage.
You are allowed to learn only fives moves in total (I know it's usually four, but I like the number five. Deal with it)
