Name: Lightning Whip
Element: Lightning
Chakra: 50 - 100 depending on how long its used
Rank: Jounin
Description:
This jutsu needs no handsigns. However if the one trying to learn it has little electricty tollarance, then it may either kill you or do serious damage to your body. The user froms a lightning based chakra ball in his/her hand. Once this step is done, the user flicks their arm to extend the ball into a whip. The whip is extreamly fast. Once it hits the target the user may continue whipping or may choose to wrap it around the foe. The longer it remains the more damage it does. Once mastered the whip often sparks and if is touched by an outside person, they may be seriously burned. It may do even more damage to a rain or water ninja, due to the fact water and lightning dont exactally mix.

the attack works one of a few ways. The user can use any of the standard ninja tools, such as a kunai for this attack. The user charges lightning based chakra into the kunai, after the user throws the kunai a chakra steam attaches to the kunai, or once the kunai has hit the enemy the chakra string will attach. Once attacked and has hit the enemy the user can send powerful shock waves through the chakra string and into the enemy. Depending on how much electricity is used depends if the attack can play faital or only stuns. If faital it can stop the heart. This attack can only be used by ninjas of extream lightning tollerence, or it can be just as faital to the user as well.
