My design had the swirls coming out from both eyes, so they kind of crisscrossed at the top. But like I said, I like your design better, probably because it looks cleaner.

Oh xD I drew that this morning really really early, so they might not be very accurate. Hmm... the top of Akane`s hair seems so flat... im trying to figure out what to do with it. I dont want to make it too spikey, then she`d look like a guy. But I dont want her hair to be exactly like Mai`s either...

As for Akane's hair, maybe spike it a little bit with the bangs, sort of like Ino's? That might look weird. Just try not an make her look like a guy. The Naruto world already has enough androgynous looking people (*cough*Haku*cough*).

I`m sure i`ll figure something out. The way I drew Akane, a Hinata like head of hair would just look really.... odd.... Something a little bit Ed Elric-ish might work for her xD I looked over at my bookshelf and there was a Fullmetal Alchemist can of redbull sitting there, I saw the Ed hair and was like O.O WOAH something like that, but a little more girly would probably work lol

Im pretty much done sketching Toshiro out. I have Akane`s face shape done and some of the bangs. But not much more than that xD

lol Your not terrible at drawing. Your so much better than the kid that used to sit behind me in drawing class. He was so terrible that the teacher gave up on him.

He wasnt willing to learn anything new though. I dont blame her, I would`ve given up on him too. Actually he got kicked outta class today xP Hes too obnoxious to do anything other than annoy me >.<

In that case it might be more understandable. I just don't like the idea of just 'giving up' on a student though. But that's a discussion for another time, another place.
