Special Rules:
These are special rules regarding certain cards that don't fit anywhere else

Chaos Emperor Dragon
We are allowing the use of the ANIME VERSION of the card as a limited (one per deck) card. The only difference between it and the real one is that this one only takes LP off for the cards your opponent looses, not all cards.

Plot-Based and Divine Cards
Card archetypes that are Divine in the manga, or play highly important roles in the storylines, will NOT be allowed to be used by the average duelists (NPCs for plots can have them, with MY permission). The archetypes that are considered under this rule are;
-Egyptian God Cards
-Sacred Beasts
-Five Dragons
-Earthbound Immortals
-Wicked Gods

Card archetypes such as Toon and the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, while available only to Pegasus and Kaiba in the show, aren't limited here. They aren't that important so I don't see a need to.
