Hidden throughout the world of Pokemon lie ancient devices known as the Time Gears. These devices control the flow of time in the Pokemon World and as such are very powerful. They are shaped like cogs and give off a powerful aura.
However, there are signs that great trouble is arising. Recently there have been rumors that Time Gears are being stolen by a mysterious thief, and that certain parts of the world are literally stuck in time.
