BKGuilmon stood firm he did not want to leave. He wanted to get more powerful. Besides he kind of liked the army.

Your an excellent role model of a soldier BlackGuilmon, and I reward those who do well. However, your reward comes with a price; you must track down and capture that fugitive Gazimon."
Before giving BlackGuilmon the chance to respond, the shoulder eyes launched a laser straight at BlackGuilmon. Instead of hurting him, however, they filled him with some energy. Once they stopped he spoke.
"Now then, I have provided you with enough energy to digivolve. Admittedly, you will be weaker than an average Champion at first. With time you'll eventually remove that restriction."
((Congrats Blackworth, you now have permission to Digivolve to Champion. However, your form will be weaker than normal and therefore fights against other Champions will still be difficult.))
