"Oi kid leave that alone" Adrian said as he walked in with Kotemon by his side. Adrian then walked over and sat down on a chair. "Just because you can hack into that computer doesnt mean you should. Just imagine if you suddenly press the wrong button or activate a program that we need. You could screw up the entire server" Adrian said as Kotemon walked over and stood next to the console.

"Process L Beta complete!" Kira said. "This place is intended to stop digimon from coming into the real world and destroying stuff."
Nick nodded. "Makes sense. Look at all the crazy stuff we did, and you're only a baby."
"Rookie!" Kira said hotly. "I'm a rookie, not a baby."
"Whatever." Nick said, powering down the computer. "We'd better not screw with any more of their stuff, anyway."
Then he glanced at Adrian. "I know what I'm doing. I've been hacking computers for years. And Kira here practically is a computer virus."

"Exactly so why let a virus touch the very thing we need" Adrian said before pulling a book out and begin reading it. Kotemon turned away and walked over before sitting on a chair near Adrian and reading the book with Adrian

Richard and Patamon had stood back watching the scene in front of them unfold. Patamon had ducked his head into Richard's chest, and so Richard had spent a good amount of time trying to calm him down. With Patamon being so shy and frightened it was hard to meet people, but eventually Richard got him calmed down. When the guy started hacking the computer he was almost ready to have Patamon digivolve to get him away, but it seemed all he did was figure out what DATS did.
"You know, if you really needed to know that you could have just asked. No need to hack into an official government computer. We could get fired for what you just did. Just be lucky no one else is around here that would turn you in. "
Taking a que from the kid with the Kotemon, Richard grabbed a chair and sat down, with Patamon quivering in his lap a bit.
"By the way, my names Richard and this is my partner Patamon."

Nick glanced at Richard. "I find things out my way, pretty boy. If you've got a problem with it, we can fight." He leaned against the wall.
Kira said "Yeah! If you've got a problem with Nick's methods, we'll take you apart piece by piece!"
As Nick and Kira were busy with their macho, two more people moved into the room. One was a girl in a light green tank top and shorts, while the other was a small blue bird who walked in front of her protectively. The two simply stood at the back, watching the argument.

Richard raised an eyebrow when Nick calmed him pretty boy.
"Pretty boy? Well, theres an insult I'd never thought would be sent my way. Anyways, and no offense to you in anyway, do you really think it would be smart to start a fight in a room full of people most likely to take my side as well as being in DATS headquarters?"
Richard had a bit of a grin on his face as he said that seeing as most people wouldn't be stupid enough to actually do that. Still, just in case, his hand was laying near his Digivice iC just in case. Patamon, however, seemed a bit fidgety as the argument escalated, worried he might have to fight.

"Yeah. I can take all of you. I've fought and beat five guys at once. And Kira's no short shrift either. Isn't that right?" Nick said arrogantly.
Kira balled his hands into fists and nodded. "Don't mess with us, unless you want things to get messy!"

Alex stayed in her place, Richard seemed like a nice guy and shouldnt be targeted by Nicks stupid insults. Impmon saw Patamon, he didnt seem like the fighting type at all. No worries though, he could cover for him if he had to.
"You better watch yourself jerk off! Its three to one, you`d be getting yourself into the biggest mess of your life If Impmon and I got our hands on you."hissed the lone girl, "None of us want to fight so either shut up and behave like the rest of us or leave."

Nick snorted, but turned away and walked back to investigate the computers again, this time keeping his hands behind his back.
Marisa detached herself from the wall and walked over to Alex. "Hi...I'm Marisa and this is Pen. Do you guys fight here often?"

Alex glared in his direction, it was good he just shut up and backed off for now. This wasnt the place to fight. She heard another voice, a female one for once.
"I thought I was the only girl here, Im glad Im wrong. Guys are so weird and complicated some times!"she laughed, showing how easily her moods could change, "The names Alex, and my partner is Impmon. We`ve only started fighting since he got here. Richard is nice, and pretty quiet. The other kid pretty much just popped out of no where and I have a horrible headache, so that could be effecting my mood."

And I could say the same about girls. Richard thought as Alex mentioned her thoughts on guys. Seeing as the situation was defused for now Richard turned his attention to the newcomer. Alex had already introduced herself, and so he decided it was his turn to do so.
"And my name is Richard, and this is my partner Patamon." He motioned towards the orange Digimon who quietly and nervously let out a "Hi" towards them. Richard nudged him a little to get him to speak louder, but it didn't help out much.
"He's a bit shy around others so you'll have to forgive him about that."

Impmon got off of Alex`s lap and walked over to where Richard and Patamon were. He examined the small digimon with a hand under his chin. He grinned.
"Why so quiet little guy? You afraid of us or somethin?"He asked curiously. Most of the digimon he was used to were loud and violent, this one wasnt.
Alex yawned again and put her hands behind her head comfortably.
"Yep, this place is home now I guess."

"Just be happy its warm! I bet its snowing back home right now!"Alex announced but quickly shut up about home. Impmon turned and looked at her, and for the first time his face looked a little sympathetic rather then its normal fierce grin. "I kinda ... miss the snow. .."
