Nick glanced around as he arrived in the area Richard had directed him to. "No sign of anything. Nor of anyone else. Good." He glanced at Kira. "If it's just us, we can execute routine X Omega." Kira grinned. "That would be excellent."

Suddenly, a tree exploded and a yellow dinosaur covered in gray armor plates thundered towards them. Kira and Nick dived alternate directions, managing to dodge the charging reptile.
"Well here's the enemy." Nick said, pulling out his digivice. "Reptiledramon. He's fast, so keep your guard up, Kira!" Nick retreated backwards as Kira opened his mouth and started to zip around Reptiledramon, shooting Giggle Blasters at Reptiledramon.

"Ambush Crunch!" The cyborg roared, attempting to smash the smaller digimon with his armored body. Unfortunately, this simply resulted in him slamming into a tree as the smaller, but more agile digimon levitated off the ground and landed on his back, pounding him in the back of the head with giggle blasters.

Reptiledramon finally bucked and hurled Kira off. Kira floated up and landed in a tree, where he continued his barrage. Reptiledramon, exhausted, crumpled to the ground and started to go out of focus.
"We're almost there! Keep at it!" Nick yelled.

Finally, Reptiledramon crumpled into a heap, collapsing into data and then into an egg. Nick walked out from behind a tree and picked up the egg. "Let's head back to HQ." He said to Kira. "We're done here."
