I've noticed your card effects say 'monsters with "toon" in ther name or is named "Manga Ryu Ran"'. wouldn't it be easier just to say 'toon monsters'? plus "toon alligator" has toon in it's name, but it's not a toon...

Toon Table of Contents, a real card, says the "Toon in their name or is..." as part of it's description. Basically it's there to prevent arguing over which cards are affected by it. And Toon Alligator is affected by these cards.
