I don't think so Morfowt.
Anyway, no to Archer and Gravekeeper because outside of low ATK and DEF, there is no drawback to their ability, especially since they can be flipped back down everyturn.
I also limit the Soldier to two per deck because thats pretty high attack for being able to attack directly.
Finally, limit the Beast of the Dark Hole to two per deck.

I also limit the Soldier to two per deck because thats pretty high attack for being able to attack directly. what if I change it to 100 extra? then it's not much different from Shadow Ghoul. Finally, limit the Beast of the Dark Hole to two per deck. no problem with that. it's supposed to be spirit partner, so I'm only gonna put one in my deck... Yeah, for Archer and Gravekeeper I don't mind if it's just flip summon. I mostly didn't like the fact it could be used every turn basically.
As for the Soldier, my bad. I had the wrong name. It was the Knight I had trouble with.
As for your newer cards: Don't understand the point of Stone Merging that well Stone Fortress Barrier limited to 2 per deck.

Those first four sound like something Michael would have in his deck (he has a military theme).
Anyway, Change Ammuniton and everything from denied entry and below are fine. Um, Add Ammuniton is redundant because there are other cards that have that ability, and Charged Shot's first effect is a bit much for a low cost.

well if there are other cards, I haven't heard of them. Pot of greed isn't a quick-spell, jar of greed only allows one card, and reckless greed skips your next two draw phases... hmm... for charged shot, how about just destroy one monster (since the sorcerer's stone allows the summoning of only one monster)? you haven't yet mentioned anything about stone fortress knight or stone merging... One last card that I just made (after this, my deck should be ready):

Oh, sorry about ignoring those two. Um, I guess 1000 ATK is fine, and so is Stone Merging.
And I guess I can limit Change Ammunition to two per deck. And your change to Charged Shot is fine.
As for the new card, it's fine.

alright. my new custom deck (version 1) is now ready. anyone wanna test duel it with me?
Edit: I think I'll change Stone Fortress Backup to a trap card, since I have too many magic cards already...

I'll be glad to test duel it...after you make your character and all that stuff.
You are free to change your deck at any time after making your character. Except in the middle of a duel of course XD.
