Make Neo Dark Magician 5 stars and you're good (1900 ATK seems to be the usual limit for 4 stars) gene-warped warwolf is level 4 and has 2000 atk... I ain't changing any levels for my normal monsters except for monsters already level 7 and above. |

But only 100 DEF.
Put it simple, the higher the ATK, the lower the DEF. If you can show me a monster with over 2000 ATK, 4 Stars, and DEF reaching into the 1000s, I'll approve.

NDM looks the same but eh, go ahead and use it.
Anyway, Speed World 2 is fine. The main reason I don't like the original Speed World is that 'pay 2000LP to use a magic card without Speed in its name' thing. That's just wrong because, well, magic cards a third of the game.
Ultimate Dragon Booster is fine. Dragon Booster, since its effect is more powerful than Lord of D.'s, needs to be five star. Lord of D. makes them not able to be targeted, but your Dragon Booster makes them not affected at all. Put it simple, Lord of D. can't protect them from Raigeki, Dragon Booster can. That's just an example, but you get the point.
