I'm not sure Toon Speed works well as an equip card. Might work better as a quickplay card that is activated when you summon a Toon Monster, or as a field card of sorts.
The rest seem fine once you explain the Insect Camoflauge.

the reason I made it an equip spell card is so only one toon gets the effect. I thought it a bit cheap if all toons got the effect. although I guess equip spell doesn't work well either. fine I'll make it a normal spell. be right back.

Yeah, that works. I just didn't think it would work well as an Equip Card because after the first turn, it wouldn't be doing anything, and you can't just simply get rid of it. It would just be sitting there, filling up a spot on your field that could be used for better cards.
So now we are all good. XD

For the Twin-Headed Crocodile, I assume that you mean for it to only be able to use the 'attack again' effect only once? The way its worded, one could make a case that as long as it destroys a monster, it can attack again. Might want to clear it up if mean for it to only work once per turn.
The rest are fine.
