Character
Name: Daimon Darinet
Age: 14 (His birthday is a little earlier in the year than Kai's or Alicia's)
Gender: Male
Dorm Obelisk Blue
Description: Daimon is the tallest out of the three. He measures at a bit higher than 6 feet. He's quite athletic and was on the basketball team at their middle school. He has short brown hair, almost in a crew cut. His skin is white, but not really pale and is slightly rough, especially around the hands and legs. He usually wears a plain shirt and his favourite vest (which has many pockets and looks like its used when camping), Slightly loose jeans which fall below the ankle. His shoes are white with black and blue markings on them. Besides his duel disk, the only accessory he wears is a watch on his left wrist (but then who doesn't wear a watch).
Personality: Daimon is what one might call a pessimist. He's actually just very realistic and very blunt about...well...everything. He's usually calm and collected, and rarely shouts or loses his temper. Add that to his attitude which kinda gives you the feeling he's a natural leader, and you get just about the number one cool guy in school. Daimon is able to make full use of his surroundings, and the tools he has, much like his Warrior Equip Deck. and especially his Spirit Partner, Turret Warrior. He can also be a bit competitive, but never fully shows it. He can be, unintentionally, cold and uncaring to his friends sometimes, but deep down he cares about them, and would do anything for them.
History: Daimon is American and has lived in America all his life, just like his dad, and his grandpa, and his great-grandpa, all the way back to his Great-great-great Grandpa back during the California Gold Rush. At school, he was one of the most popular kids in school, what with coming from a rich family and having a cool personality. But he wasn't like the other popular kids who were snobbish who actually cared that they were popular and made a big deal about it. The only thing he cared about was dueling and good duelists (that's not to say he was a slacker though. Daimon was a straight A student). That's why he never made friends in elementary school. No one at the school was that interested in Duel Monsters. His only friends were his cards, especially Turret Warrior.
When he started middles school, he finally made friends, two actually. His two best friends at school were Alicia and Kai. Alicia, because she was the best female duelist in the school, and Kai because Kai was even more passionate than him about dueling. Daimon was actually the one who first wanted to go into the world of Pro Dueling. His high scores and excellent dueling (the best of the three) got him a spot in Obelisk Blue.
Spirit Partner: Daimon's Spirit Partner is Turret Warrior. He's a level 6 monster with seemingly weak ATK. But in the right situation, he's one of the most powerful monsters in his deck. Daimon can't actually see his Spirit Partner, like Kai can. In fact, he never even acknowledged Turret Warrior's presence until Kai mentioned it, but he can feel special bond between the two of them, a bond Daimon didn't share with any other card in his deck, not even the incredible rare Black Luster Soldier.
