Site Description:  This paper appeared all over Johto, Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. Though no one had heard of the IASRLP before, applications flooded in, many people eager to involve themselves in the legends of the pokemon world. The advertisement was vague, leaving many to imagine for themselves what these scientific endeavors may involve; many applications were sent in out of pure curiosity.
Though it was never specified in the paper, there were 34 spots open... one for each legendary.
Thus the false IASRLP organization was created, the applications sent off, and private airplanes hired to transport accepted subjects. Once all the would-be morphs had assembled on the island, they would be reported lost at sea, and world would be left to forget about them.
The scientists knew it would take some time before all 34 spots were filled. They would gradually populate the island, both with humans and hybrids. Every four people would be shipped to the landmass, and then infused with the DNA of their legendary in groups of two.
It was all perfectly planned out...
...But what was it for? What was their goal? How could anything drive them to the extremes they went to in order to gather the DNA of every legendary?
