In the World of Year 3000...where Duel Monsters has become about raw power, different Clans of Tokyo, Japan fight for single supremacy. Originally a peaceful city of community and converse, the city has degenerated somewhat into a factional battle of the cards. Three groups known as the Ookami's, Kuma's, and Tora's wage war, in the fierce struggle for power.
