since they're based off real cards (with most of them, effects that are, in my opinion, worse than the original cards):
3 per deck
1 per deck
2 per deck
3 per deck
3 per deck (though I don't see why lightning vortex is 3 per deck)
3 per deck
2 per deck
1 per deck
2 per deck (since some toons can only be special summoned by their own effect)

Yeah, I know I actually made them even more limited. But I didn't want to make the cards just the original cards with Toon in the name, so I made their effects dependent on having Toons out.
And I forgot that some toons can only be special summoned by its effect. Better double check those when I get the chance.

well, actually, I didn't word it right. I meant some have limitations on special summoning. they can only be special summoned when toon world is on the field.

...it should. a toon deck is supposed to revolve around toon world...
just like a gemini deck is supposed to revolve around double summon and ultimate offering...
