Masaaki kept his arms crossed he was skeptical. Why would a good natured person kidnap a bunch of medical ninja? He could have just went to them and asked for their help without making it such a huge problem.
"Im sorry about your wife...." He said quietly, the story was pretty sad but there was nothing Akane or he could do. "But why did you have us kidnapped? If you cant tell we arent heart doctors, in fact im probably the biggest idiot in the village."

"Well, simple. You were on to me, following a target of mine. I had to get rid of you somehow, but then I saw her." He said, pointing at Akane, causing the girl to be even more confused.
"Yokoyama Akane, isn't it?" He asked.
"Yeah, and why is that...wait, how did you get my full name? Not even my friend Mai knew it." She asked, her eyes turning into a glare. Just who was this man, and how did he know her name.
"Simple, because Yokoyama is part of my name. Yokoyama Heikichi." He said as he started to walk toward Akane. Akane's eyebrows raised at the name. It was weird to meet someone with the same family name, but seeing as she had never seen this man in her life there was no way she could be related to him.
"So what, you think I'm related to you or something? My parents died years ago, and they didn't have any relatives so either it's a coincidence, or you are insane."
The man started to laugh as he walked towards her, but Akane was starting to get uncomfortable with the entire situation. Seeing as there was nothing left to do here, she nodded towards Masaaki, giving him the sign to attack.
"Look, I'm sorry about your wife, but you've taken things to far with all of this. We've been ordered by the Leaf Village to save them and take you in."

At first Masaaki didnt notice Akane`s cue to attack, but once he did a big smile spread across his face. Finally it was time for a fight. He preformed a string of hand signs then put his first finger and thumb together. Masaaki brought them to his mouth, inhaled deeply, then exhaled. A gigantic blast of flames burst out towards the man that held them captive. But the flames were just to be used as a distraction, even if they did burn him. It began to rain down shadow clones of Masaaki, each had a kunai in hand ready to strike him down.
"HAha! You`ve got no idea who your messing with!" The clones chanted.

"Wait, what are you doing. Those flames will thaw out the cavern." The man yelled as he began to perform his own series of handsigns. Soon the cavern began to rumble, and a giant tiger made out of ice appeared, rushing to block the flames. In the process, he simply ran over the shadow clones, knocking them out easily. It absored the flames, releasing a samll stream of water that instantly froze in the frozen cavern. By the time it was done the tiger was smaller, but still nothing to sneer at.
"No idea who I'm messing with, hm? You sir should be taking your own advice. I wasn't lying when I said I was an expert in ice-based jutsu. Take for example this technique I just used, the Haryuu Mouko. This is quite high on the list of ice-jutsu, and will probably be one of the last jutsu you'll ever see. Now then, prepare to face it's wrath."
With that the giant ice tiger lunged towards Akane and Masaaki, but Akane managed to get her own jutsu in before it struck. A dome of ice surrounded the two of them, blocking the tiger's attack.
"My, an Ice Prison technique. I have to say you have taken to my side of the family quite well Akane."
Inside the dome, Akane grumbled as the man once again acted as if he was related to her.
"Masaaki, can we please hurry up and beat this guy. His talk is starting to annoy me."

"And you cant do anything?" Masaaki barked back at Akane. He had to think of what to do and quick. Heikichi used ice ninjutsu, fire jutsu would do nicely against him for short periods of time. Until he froze up what he had melted. Masaaki wished that he had paid more attention to master Yuuto when he tried to teach him.
"Well, its time to step it up a notch ..." He closed his eyes, when they shot back open his eyes were blood red and three coma like marks began to circle the pupils. Now he just had to think of a plan, Heikichi must be a long distance fighter so up close and personal seemed like what was needed in this fight. "Let me out and I`ll take him down."

"Hey, I protected us from getting crushed." Akane barked right back. Anyway, she knew ice jutsu wouldn't do that well against another ice-user, and her water jutsu was most likely just going to get frozen in these temperatures. But there was something else she could do.
"Masaaki, you take care of this guy while I clear this place out of those other ninja. I'm going ot get rid of this shield in three, two, o...are you a Uchiha?" Akane said, stopping the countdown. She noticed the blood-red eyes and the comma like marks, a telltale sign of a Sharingan. And the only people with that were Uchihas.
"You know what, never mind. We'll talk about that later." With that, Akane opened up two holes in the ice prison. One to the back for her, and one to the side for Masaaki. She headed out the back, and attempted to open the door. However, it didn't budge, and instead she alerted Heikichi to her presence.
"Don't bother escaping, and it's not like you need to. You see, while you were in that ice prison I sent some orders underneath the door for the guards to leave us alone. The doctors are safe, so take your time and enjoy the fight. Besides, don't you want to spend some quality time with your father?" He asked.
Akane noticed the ice tiger was gone, but she knew it was a bad idea to judge the battle to quick. Still, she couldn't help but be ticked off about this man claiming to be her father.
"My parents are dead. There is no way you could be my father. What's next, you're going to say that woman in the pod is my mother?"
"'My parents are dead.' I assume thats what the Mist Village government told you, isn't it. Please, the Mist Village has always been full of lies and deceit. It doesn't surprise me the least to hear they said that. Makes me glad that you went to the Leaf Village. At least they have some half-decent people."
Akane just sighed, and started to perform another series of jutsus, but she was quickly cut off by more rumbling inside the cavern. She thought it was another tiger, but instead a giant whale appeared, heading straight towards her and Masaaki. There wasn't time to perform any jutsus, so she yelled at Masaaki to make a dash for it, and use a fire jutsu to soften the impact.

Masaaki had been learning much much more about his sharingan, he could copy the hand signs and preform the same jutsu as the opposing person. So he had a ton of jutsu at his disposal. He copied the hand signs and his own giant icy whale erupted out of the ice. It smashed into Heikichi`s whale. After he preformed the jutsu he dodged the giant hunks of ice that fell off the whales as he made a dash for Heikichi.
"Im not just any Uchiha." He turned back around and preformed several more hand signs, a giant blast of flames burst out to melt the whales and hopefully some of the ice in the room too. Masaaki reached down into his kunai pouch and grabbed two large chakra knives. He quickly extended the blades, the chakra was red though. The markings on his cheeks became more rough and jagged looking. A large puff of smoke surrounded him for a moment, when he emerged he was no longer the same. A grin spread across her face. It was pretty obvious since they left the hospital that she was Mai. "Im Mai Uchiha, the future hokage!" Once she got close she began to slash the knives at him.
It was so strange to see Akane depending on her so heavily now, her fire jutsu was much more helpful than her friends ice and water jutsu. It had been so long since they had been face to face. Now after almost half a year she looked more like her grandfather Sasuke, Yuuto found an old picture of him that naruto had given him so she had the clothes custom made since her old ones were ruined.

Akane had a small grin on her face as Mai revealed herself. She had suspected that Masaaki had been her for awhile, ever since the funeral at least. A male ANBU Black Ops member did not accidentally say "I" when refering to a female genin. Sure, she had some doubts as to whether or not it was true, but she was glad to see her friend hadn't die. Still, she would have to remember to give her a smack to the head afterwards for making it seem as if she had died.
But for now, they had a battle to worry about, and so far things were at a standstill. Even with her fire-jutsu, Mai would have a hard time dealing with this man's ice-jutsu. He obviously knew what he was doing.
"So, Mai Uchiha is it? I believe I have heard of you before. You contain the Nine Tail Fox, don't you? Hm, and those gossipers thought you would have actually died at the Sand Village. Glad to meet you by the way." Heikichi said as he watched Mai approach him, her chakra knives glowing with the demon's chakra.
Still, he knew how to counter close combat specialist, and quickly let off a series of handsigns, leading to a wall of ice appearing between her and him. With her attack blocked off, he started to perform another series of handsigns, but he was hit by a large blast of water, sending him rolling into a table. He stood up, and was surprised to see that Akane had manuveured around the ice wall.
"Ah, my dear child, I can't tell you how proud I am to see you become a fine ninja. Maybe once this is all over we can..." He stopped talking as he watched Akane perform another series of handsigns, and was soon surrounded by four Akane clones.
"Water Clone jutsu? My, glad to see you've mastered such a high level technique." He commented before creating another Ice Prison around him.

Mai noticed that Heikichi hadnt really attacked Akane yet, maybe he was her father after all. What father, no matter how cruel and cold hearted, could attack their own daughter?
With Akane`s clones distracting him this was her chance to pull a sneak attack. It would have to be very fast and powerful, Yuuto had been showing her an awesome jutsu but she wasnt ready to use it just yet. But of course she knew that her luck wasnt the best, so she`d just have to come up with something else after that. Mai quickly stopped the chakra flow in the knives and put them under her belt. The Uchiha quickly disappeared and repositioned herself behind Heikichi. She preformed several hand signs and held out her hand. Her other hand gripped her wrist as lightning began to spread over her hand. Then she charged, it was a foolish attack but she had to try. Hopefully this time luck would be on her side.
( Hahah sorry for that pun in the first paragraph :] )

As Mai's Chidori attack hit into the Ice Prison, she would find herself hitting nothing but air. Unlike Akane's Ice Prisons, which were small and compact, Heichiki was capable of making larger one's with enough room to manuever around in, allowing him to dodge the Chidori, and placing Mai's arm directly inside his prison, trapped by the small size of the hole she herself had created.
"Nice attempt Mai, but you have to know that I'm a better ninja than that. If any of us survive this battle, I'll have to fill you in with some of my history. However, let's take care of that hand of yours."
He pulled out a kunai knife, and went straight toward's Mai's hand in an attempt to stab it.
((Alright then Digital, you got a choice. Either Mai can dodge, and the fight goes on as it has been, or she gets stabbed and things get...fun *evil grin*))

Mai squirmed, trying to get her arm free from the icy prison. She narrowed her eyes when he got out a kunai, how unfair was that? Oh well, she was stupid enough to try it out. She never got the upper hand until the ending of the fight. There was only one thing she could do now, wait for the kunai to strike her arm. Mai was a little bit like the trap on their prison doors, too bad Heikichi didnt think about that before he stabbed her. When the kunai dug into her arm she held back a painful yelp, but her hand was still electrified so she sent a nice powerful shock through the kunai knife.
The shock helped her slip her hand out of the ice prison. It was covered in blood, she glanced at Akane for a moment.
"d**n..." She mumbled to herself, luckily for Mai her hand was still fairly functioning.
(Lets go for the fun, I have a feeling it has something to do with the demons and im a big fan of them XD especially four tails and above lol )

Heikichi hadn't expected the electric shock when he stabbed her, so he did end up in some serious pain. Holding onto his hand, he started thinking of some way to get out of this prison without resorting to jutsu, at least till his hand regained its senses.
Outside of the prison, Akane watched Mai attempt a Chidori attack, remembering the move from the Chuunin Exams. She was disappointed to see it fail, but as Mai pulled her hand out, Akane was stunned to see it's condition. Looking at the prison, her so called 'father' holding his hand in pain, Akane was furious. Mai was her only friend, and here a father who had disappeared for over nine years was acting as if he had always been there. And now he had hurt Mai, her friend.
"Hey, Heikichi. You know what, I think you might really be my father. You and me share the same looks, and we both use ice jutsus. But no one, not even my own father, is going to hurt Mai or any of my friends."
Inside the prison, Heikichi was glad to see Akane had realized the truth about him being her father, but he was puzzled about the other bit. Still, this looked like a chance to talk things out with his daughter. Cancelling the jutsu, he eyed Mai before looking at Akane.
"So Mai is your friend, huh? Does a real friend act like she's dead and then disguise herself like she did?" He said in a condenscending tone.
"Does a real father abandon his child?" She barked back. Heikichi was about to reply, but Akane continued with her shouting.
"Does a real father just drop his child off on the steps of an orphanage, and not once every try and get her back. Do you even know what my life has been, huh? I was made into the container for the Hachibi. I've been hunted down by the Mist Village for most of my life, and then when I finally found some people willing to be my friends, the Akatsuki threatened there lives and took me away. And when I finally got the chance to escape, I thought they killed Mai. Does a real father put their daughter through that?" She yelled, a greenish aura beginning to glow around her.
Heikichi's face gained a look of sorrow, as he had no clue all of that had happened to Akane. He was going to try and speak again, but once again she interupted him.
"No, don't even bother attempting to apologize to me. As far as I'm concerned, your not my father. Your just a criminal who needs to be stopped...and a criminal who hurt my friend."
With that Akane lunged at him, but as she did so the green, demonic chakra merged together to form what looked like a giant tentacle. Heikichi attempted to create another prison to block it, but Akane had moved to fast for him. The next thing he knew, he was sent crashing into the cavern wall. He stood up, shaken but not defeated. As he started another round of handsigns, Akane looked over at Mai.
"Mai, sorry I have to say this, but don't you dare get involved past this point. This is something I'm going to have to do myself."

"Haha Im not just going to let you have all of the fun!" Mai laughed as she whipped the blood off on the cloth that folded over her new pants. She watched as the wound sizzled close, that was one good thing the kyuubi did.
The Uchiha watched as her friend bashed Heikichi into the wall, she remembered when she had fought Akane. He had a point though, what kind of a friend was she to hide herself? Even though Mai made it way more than obvious that Masaaki was her. Wait... did Akane just refer to her as a friend?
"What kind of friend would I be if I just sat back and watched... even though you`ve got this guy pretty much taken care of..."

Akane looked over at Mai, looking as if she was going to tear her head off. But her face calmed down after a moment. She turned back to Heikichi, who looked as if he was preparing another giant ice tiger to attack them.
"Fine then Mai. If you want to help, watch my back. And...don't let anything hurt that pod." She said, motioning towards the pod containing the woman. If this man was her father, than chances are that woman was her mother. And even if she was mad at her father, she wasn't going to let her mother suffer for that needlessly.
That moment of talking was enough for Heikichi to finish his jutsu, and soon a giant ice tiger was rampaging towards Akane. She didn't flinch at all, and instead ran straight towards him.
"All right dad, let's see what's stronger; the tiger, or the Hachibi."
As she rammed into the ice tiger, the Hachibi's chakra pierced right through it, creating a massive hole inside it as Akane went through. The tiger disintergrated a moment afterwards, leaving Heikichi defenseless. He pulled off another set of handsigns, but nothing seemed to happen. Akane thought him out of chakra, and so slammed him up against the cave wall with the chakra tentacle holding him there. He struggled, but as he did so he talked.
"So, it's true. They did seal the Hachibi inside you. I never wished for that to happen, but it seems you've taken to it quite well. Whether that's a good or bad thing is something I would like to see."
Behind Akane appeared several water clones of Heikichi, and they soon began to pull off a jutsu. The water that had been created through the battle started to form up around them, and soon a massive swarm of needles were being sent flying at Akane. She, however, was to distracted by Heikichi to notice.

Just as Akane had asked Mai was watching her back the whole time. She stood back to back with her friend as the water clones of Heikichi appeared behind Akane. She grinned, her arms were crossed across her chest. She wasnt expecting the needles though, she wasnt quite sure how to handle that. She quickly snatched up her chakra knives, the red chakra quickly lengthened the blades. They were extremely long so it would make getting rid of the needles a little bit easier for her. She began to deflect the needles away.
"Akane! Heads up!"
