As the two genins talked, a shadow moved through the trees. The Academy had sent a temporary jounin to take care of these two genin till a team could be formed. The shinobi broke through the woods, appearing between the two genin in a puff of smoke. The ninja was dressed in basic shinobi gear (vest,headband,etc.)
"Alright you two, my name is Hojo Ashimaru. We are currently low on genin right now, but the Academy has decided to appoint me to watch you two till a team is formed. However, don't think that means I'm going to go easy on you. Now, I want to know your names and what you think is your weak point."

Mai looked this jounin over for a moment.
"Well, I`m Uchiha Mai..."she stated as she thought,"My weak point is ... its probably genjutsu..."

Garun stared for a second beofre saying "My name is Garun Tyolis and my weak point is probably errr well i dunno probably medical jutsu. I havent really mastered it properly."

"Me, fighting opponents with ranged attacks is my weak spot. I've always prefered getting up close and personal with an opponent. Anyways, so your a Uchiha then Mai? That should be interesting. And you want to be a medical nin Garun? Good. We need more of those around this place."
Hojo thought for a moment on what to do with these two, when the perfect idea hit.
"Alright you two, we're going to work on your weakness to genjutsu and your medical jutsu. The perfect way to do that is to use them. We're going to fight one on two. Mai, I want you to be prepared to face some basic genjutsu techniques. No Sharingan by the way. If you want to truly get over the weakness, learn to get by it without help. As for you Garun, your going to have to provide support for Mai through medical jutsu. I got to warn you though that I am excellent at taijutsu. I even tutored under Rock Lee."

"Hmmm sounds like a good idea but I have only mastered one medical jutsu and that can only heal minor injuries but If it will help me and Mai learn then what the hell, I'll defo do it" Garun said to Hojo

Mai clenched her fists as she smirked. She lifted her right hand and pointed her index finger at Hojo.
"Bring it on!"

"Alright then, prepare for some Dynamic Action!"
Hojo headed straight for Mai, and as he closed in jumped in to attack her with a flurry of taijutsu. With such an onslaught Mai would have to use her observational skills to avoid the hits, and if any of them hit Garun would have the oppurtunity to heal.
[[Note that I'm going to consider this thread training.All you'll get is a chakra boost though.]]

"You better believe I can!"Mai stated as she saw Hojo come right at her. All she could do before he hit was pull a kunai. As she ducked and readied herself to counter attack, she raised her arms in defense as she was hit by several of his quick attacks. The kunai flew from her hand as she rolled away. She lept up and onto her feet, she grined. Mai quickly jummped behind Hojo as quickly as she could, she preformed a few handsigns, she put her index finger and thumb together and put them to her mouth.
"Fireball Jutsu!"
