I've been out of school the last two days and so far I've spent some of the free time watching some movies I used to watch. Admiteddly, they are all Disney Movies, but so far they have all been excellent. So far this is what I've watched. The Lion King- Its a classic. Love the movie and songs (actually have a few of them on my I-pod). Even after all this time its a movie I can enjoy. Apparently the story was inspired by Hamlet (if Wikipedia can be trusted). Its got everything I enjoy; political intrigue, upbeat characters and songs (Hakuna Matata anyone?), some action, and a tolerable amount of romance. Fox and the Hound- I will admit I actually teared up while watching this movie. . It's such a sad movie with a bittersweet ending. Uhh, has anyone actually seen it though?I want to know before I explain why its sad so I don't look like an idiot. Oliver and Company-Again, I teared up a little during this movie. Apparently inspired by Oliver Twist, I really enjoyed it. Oliver is so cute (I have a weak spot for kittens and puppies ). Again, anyone here actually seen it? So then, any of you have plans on catching up with some old movies you used to watch?

School`s been out for about a week for me now. I`ve been doing more sewing than anything. I`m making a bunch of Naruto Cosplays right now, I`m just about done with Obitio Uchiha. My next one is gunna be Shippuuden Naruto. The Dark Crystal - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dark_CrystalSaw 3: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saw_3Naruto: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naruto_the_MovieIf I remember any other movies i`ve watched I`ll be sure to add em. I`ve seen all three of those movies, The Long King is my fav Disney movie. The Fox and the Hound sortta hits home to me, I used to have a coon-hound that looked a lot like Copper, but she died a year ago almost to the day. Its such a sad movie though... I havent seen Oliver and Company in a billion years so I dont remember much about it ^^U

I’ve seen:
Lion King- A good movie, no complaints.
Fox & the Hound- Seen it several times. Not exactly sure what’s so sad about it though... But that’s just me.
Dark Crystal- Seen it once. Didn’t like it much though. Puppets freak me out. ----------------- What’s a good movie is "Small soldiers" That movie is awesome. The human toy soldiers go rogue and attack. It’s cool because they improvise weapons. Heck they even made a flame thrower. (Yes I'm a Military man. LOL)
I also like Hercules.

To Digital's Post: Saw 3? That is definantly not for me. I don't like horror or slasher films, so I definantly won't be seeing that. As for the Naruto, I saw that one. They've had it on Cartoon Network before. Never heard of Dark Crystal. I'll read the Wikipedia Article later. Now, glad to hear I'm not the only one who's seen those last two movies. Sorry about your dog though. And it really is a sad movie, but apparently its relatively happy considering the ending of the book it was based on (in the book Tod and Copper both die). Here is the Wikipedia Article on Oliver and CompanyTo Blackworth's Post: I like Small Soldier's as well. Even have some action figures from it somewhere in the attic. And no, there not the Commandos, in case you were wondering. And I'm not going to bother explaining what was sad about Fox and the Hound, mostly because it's hard to explain. Now, if you wanted to watch the movie when you come over then I can point out the sad parts. Oh, and before I forget, here's a fanart of Oliver from Oliver and Company that I favorited on deviantART: Oliver. I'm going to go ahead and admit I find him just adorable. ;D (now you see why I can't survive in the military Blackworth).

You don't have to point out the sad parts. Sad movies just don’t get to me like it dose others.
As for Oliver & company. I forgot that I’ve seen it. I remember some of it though.
And I did see the Naruto Movie. Well some of it any way.

I was (partially) joking about pointing out the sad parts. If it doesn't get to you then I'm not going to make it get to you. Besides, all I did was tear up, though that might be because my mind quickly started thinking over the legal rights and protections Todd got being a pet of the Widow. Only I would worry about legal details while watching a Disney movie

LOL. I just think about common since things in movies. Like in Star Wars. The Storm troopers have all this armor and High tech armor. Yet the Rebels can kill them in one hit. But not the same for the Imperials.

I saw Howl's Moving Castle on Cartoon Network once. It was alright. I just didn't get into it that much. Some things in anime I'll enjoy, others I don't. But that's life.
