Recruitment
Recruitment of wild Pokemon into your rescue team is a large part of the Mystery Dungeon world. The chances of successfully recruiting a wild Pokemon is based on the following factors;
1.Level of the team leader.
2.Level of the opposing Pokemon.
3.Rank of the exploration team.
4.How well you have RPed
5.Kindness of the mod responsible for the wild Pokemon.
Pokemon that have been recruited in the dungeons will join your team immediately if there are free spots avaible. If no free spots avaible they will be added to your recruitment list in the Team Recruitment Board for future use. The same thing will happen after the completion of the dungeon.
Leveling Up
Leveling up in the Mystery Dungeon RP is relatively simple, though you will have to make sure to keep track of the relative information. At the beginning it is based on the level of the Pokemon relative to yours:
If your Pokemon are stronger than the opposing Pokemon, then one level is gained.
If your Pokemon is equal to the oppossing Pokemon, then 2 levels are gained.
If your Pokemon is weaker than the oppossing Pokemon, then 3 levels are gained.
This arrangement is kept till level 15. After that it is moved to a percentage system, as seen below:
If your Pokemon are stronger than the opposing Pokemon, then 25% EXP is gained.
If your Pokemon is equal to the oppossing Pokemon, then 50% EXP are gained.
If your Pokemon is weaker than the oppossing Pokemon, then 75% are gained.
Note: At this time evolution is not possible.
