Name: Island Lilly

Weapon Type: Plant

Description: resembles a Pirhana plant from Mario except it's colored brownish green, symbiotic, plants its roots in its host and lives off of their chakra (like the aburame insects) and protects them.

Special Powers: It will attempt to bite or eat anyone who threatens its master. It also allows its host to preform combination jutsus with it.

I suggest that you put this in with your clan. Otherwise other people are allowed to use it. Its approved, by the way. Its just that unless specified all custom weapons are useable by other people as well.

I don't care. It's not a clan specific thing. Only the Hentaro Weeds are clan specific. It's just a question of being able to handle plants well. Heck, even a common gardener with enough chakra could handle one.
