(Oh ho, you underestimate me. Behind Buggy would actually be farther down the dock, where you just started a fire. Remember, most of the pirates had left the dock, and you jumped over them to get in the way.)
As the sword flew up at him, Cabaji quickly unsheathed his own sword, and knocked it harmlessly away. Before landing at the end of the dock, glaring at Jack. Meanwhile, Buggy had started rolling his hands around on the ground to put out the fire, before floating himself next to Cabaji and reassembling himself. The unfortunate pirates the had been stuck on the dock dove into and underwater to put out the fires that had been started on them, and the pirates that were already off the dock crowded around Buggy and Cabaji.
Buggy grinned menancingly across the flames at Jack. "You're trapped. You can't swim with the devil's fruit, and you aren't going to make it back through us to the shore. I'll give you a choice. Surrender, or burn. I don't care which. Just hurry up so I can finish what I came here to do." Even as he said this, Mohji was watching from the deck of the ship. Between himself and his lion, they tossed a steel net down onto the dock, planning on capturing Jack.
(Oh yeah, Buggy isn't planning on killing you right away if he captures you. He's going to leave you captured as he deals with the town (before they can contact the marines) and deal with you later.)

(I thought we were at the end of the dock. Oh well)
Jack hesitated, trying to think of something to do. Yet, before he could do anything the net came down and landed on him. So their he was, standing their with the net over him. "You know? You suck! You know that?" He said, angrily. "Fine I surrender... Just don't put me in that cage. It's bad enough that I'm in a steal net."

Buggy laughed again as he sent his hands around to gather the ends up the net before dragging it off the dock and onto solid ground. "You shouldn't have gone against us in the first place. I'll deal with you in a bit. We have a town to pillage first." After making sure that the net was secured, Buggy motioned to his crew, and they proceded on to the village, where the began to attack and pillage throughout.
(Alright Gazimon. About now is a good time for us to show up.)

Magnus was currently working on navigating the ship. He was whistling to himself as he spotted the next island.
"Sangi, might want to get out here.We're almost at the next island."
As they started getting closer to the island he could see the last bits of smoke floating into the air. He could also hear some sounds that weren't very welcoming, and nearby was a ship that was very odd looking. It was almost as if it belonged to a circus.
"Hey Sanji, do you happen to know who's ship that is? Reminds me of a circus."

When Jack was thrown on the ground, he watched as they all ran into the town. He was quite angered.
When I get out of her: First I'm going to kick him into the water and let him drown, then I'm going to salvage the body with the same net he trapped me in, after that I'm going to stab him 100 times, and Lastly I'm going to wait for him to dry and burn the body.

Sanji had just finished cleaning the dishes and such that he had used for the earlier meal, so he headed out of the kitchen at Magnus's call, lighting a cigeratt as he did. When he saw the state of the island, he gave a bit of a low sigh. "Can't say I know who's it is. But, one look at the flag shows it's a pirate ship. And from the state of the town, the island is probably being attacked by them." With no marines in sight, the island was in trouble. "Well captain? What do you want to do?"

"A pirate sacking a small town, eh? Hmm, well, we can't let happen can we? Well, up for a fight Sanji?"
Pulling the ship into port, Magnus laid anchor before heading over to the edge of the ship to get a look. He couldn't really see the pirates, but he could see some guy in a cage.
"Start by saving that man over there?" He asked. Preparing for a fight he began shifting into his hawk-human form.

Sanji gave a quick nod as he jumped off the ship to the shore. "Yeah. He looks like he was fighting the pirates anyway," he said as he began walking towards the captured man.
Mohji and Richie the lion were both inside the ship, so to the newcomers, Buggy's ship looked empty.
(Yeah, short post. I feel that the captain should be the first to talk to the new "potential" crewmate.)

"I'm right behind you Sanji." Magnus said as he took off from the ship. Flying over to the caged man, he landed on top of it by using his talons to hold himself to the iron bars. Looking down he began speaking to the captured swordsmen.
"Would you care to explain what happened here and why your in a cage? Nothing personal, just need to know the background before we try anything."

(It's a Steel net not cage. Oh well this could work either way.)
Jack looked up at the bird figure. He rose his eye brows slightly.
That’s a first.
"Well first of all a bunch of clowns came to invade the town. Then I tried to stop them, unfortunately he is one of the cursed ones, like you seem to be. I can't do a darn thing to him, because he apparently is immune to being cut so I couldn’t hurt him with my sword and all, well besides lighting his hands on fire, that seemed to hurt some. So they captured me and put me in this cage. Is that a good enough background for you, Bird?" He said, with his arms crossed.

Sanji arrived at the cage/net shortly after Magnus, listening to what had happened. "Ah... Clowns?" Glancing back at the pirate flag on the enemy ship, he blow out a bit of smoke from his cigarett. "I think I've heard of them. Captain's name is Buggy? He has a decent sized crew, but only 3 of them are worth bothering with. Buggy the Clown, Cabaji the Acrobat, and Mohji the Beast Breaker." Thinking back to his life on the Baratie, Sanji tried to remember anything else that he heard about Buggy's crew, but as they were the lowest of the big names in East Blue, he hadn't listened to much.
Throwing his cigeratt on the ground and stopping it out, Sanji grinned at Magnus and Jack. "Only other thing I remember about the clown is that he was once a low pirate in Gold Roger's crew. We may end up with an actual fight on our hands captain."

"Sounds fine to me, uh, oh we'll get your name after we get you out. And don't call me bird. It's either Magnus or 'captain' if you want to join up with me. But first, lets get you out." Magnus started flapping his wings, trying to pull the cage/net backwards to get it off.
"So Sanji, we're pretty much dealing with a bunch of circus freaks then? Considering I never heard of them they must not be that big. Still, if he was on Gold Roger's crew then I guess he must be worth something."

Jack grabbed both sides of the cage and kicked were Magnus was pulling. With both of their strength the door broke open. "The name's Jack. I'll think about your offer later." he said, adjusting his sword. "Right now, it's pay back time." He said, turning and running towards the direction of the clowns.

Sanji watched Jack run ahead of them, and began to follow when the cannons on Buggy's ship went off, firing straight into the side of Maguns's smaller boat. Stopping in his tracks, Sanji turned behind him, and say Mohji looking from the deck to make sure he got a good hit. "Tsk... Looks like someone was left behind in case something like this happened. Oi, Magnus. You and Jack go take care of the idiot clowns in the town, I'll deal with the guy back there," he said before running back towards the dock.

Magnus looked over at his ship and then back at Buggy's ship. He was mad that his ship was damaged and wanted to fight the guy responsible, but he listened to Sanji's advice.
"Right. I'll catch up with Jack and help take down this Buggy guy while you go beat the crap out of them. Oh, and while your at it, take any loot you can find. They owe me big time for that hole."
Taking flight, he easily caught up with Jack.
"Alright then, where is this Buggy guy?"
