Jack the wonderer

[Michael]

Jack came out of the dojo, with his skull sword in hand. He had it laying side ways on his shoulder. He was trying to learn some new moves, but Jack almost severely injured his sparing partner. So they told him to leave.

Jack walked to the dock and sat down at the edge of the pier. "Ugh.... This town is so dull..." He said, with a sigh. He then laid on his side and held up his head up with his hand. Jack just laid their waiting for something to happen.

Off on the horizan, a ship came into view and after a short bit of lazy sailing, it could very clearly be noted that it was heading straight for the town. With the distance, making out any markings on the ship was a bit of a challange, but some people had better eyes then others, and any that cared to look would clearly see a black flag with a skull and cross bones. Pirates were coming.

After a bit more sailing time, the boat finally arrived at the dock Jack was sitting on. By this point, the markings were clearly visable. The Buggy Pirates had arrived! Pirates started to jump off the ship, and get pulled out various cutlasses and pistols, ready to invade the town. Then the Captain got off. "Oi, Mohji!! You know your job right!!"

Looking over from the deck of the ship, an odd looking man sitting indian-style on a lion saluted. "Sure. Just shoot the cannons at the town if something goes wrong right? Even Richie could do that by himself," he said while patting the lion below him. The lion grinned and got on his hind legs, saluting as well, knocking Mohji off in the first place.

Buggy turned back to the rest of his crew, and spread his arms out. "You know the drill! Attack the village and take the valuables. Kill those who resist and burn down the remains." The crew gave out a general cheering, and began to head towards the town. One them stopped and tapped Buggy's shoulder. "What is it Cabaji?"

The man in question pointed at the end of the dock at the man in a red coat. "Captain, there's a person back there. The one in the red coa..."

"I TOLD YOU TO STOP MAKING FUN OF MY NOSE!!"

"t. Captain, no one was making fun of you, I want to know what you want to do with that guy."

"Tch. Just ignore him. If all he wants to do is sit there then let him. No like he's really a threat to us anyway," Buggy said before he began to head in the direction of the town with Cabaji.

(No, not yet far enough away to be out of hearing/speaking range. Here's the start of an "arc" I guess. Hope I did well with it and kept everyone in character.)

Jack got up and turned around, watching as the pirates were invading. It didn't seem to bother him much though. "Heh. I've seen worse." He said to himself. Then Jack rushed strait forward, passing Buggy. (This was before the pirates entered the town.) Jack jumped and landed on one of the pirates shoulder. Then jumped from pirate to pirate, like stepping stones, until Jack got to the front of the group. He then jumped off and landed in front of the group. Jack faced the pirates, holding his sword on his back. Jack cracked a smile. He rose his arm up and gave the "bring it on" hand gesture.

As Jack stepped on and across his crew, a small x shaped vein appeared on Buggy's forehead. Eh... Captain Buggy's getting mad again. I should stop this before it get's out of hand. Cabaji stepped in front of Buggy and pulled out a sword. "Let me deal with this idiot captain. He doesn't seem to know who he's dealing with."

Buggy ignored Cabaji's suggesting, and simply watched Jack get to the front and mock them by thinking he could take them all on. As the front pirates began to charge, Buggy let out a loud yell. "HOLD IT!! ALL OF YOU GET OUT OFF THE WAY!! Dealing with this idiot should be fun, plus I can't shake the feeling that he's trying to make fun of my nose with that coat."

The mass of pirates cleared away as Buggy stepped forward, holding 3 daggers in each hand. "You don't even know who we are, do you? We're the Buggy Pirates, and I'm the captain with a bounty of 15,000,000 beri. You don't stand a chance." Charging forward, Buggy punched at Jack with the 3 daggers inbetween the fingers of his hand.

Jack side stepped out of the way of the punch and jump backwards. "The circus aint supposed to come in a few months, so what are you guys doing here, Clown." He stated as he examined the large clown looking figure. He then readied his skull sword for combat.

Buggy smirked angerly. "I'm here because a pirate does what he wants, when he wants. I want to pillage this town, and instead I'm listening to some 'hotshot' in a red coat insult us." Buggy dashed at Jack again, and attacked with a sweeping kick followed closely by another knifed punch. "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE A CLOWN!!" This guy has no clue what he's getting himself into...

Jack allowed Buggy to trip him, so Jack could go upside down. He then grabbed Buggies arm with his legs and flipped him over. Jack fell on his back in the process and got back up. "You think I'm intimidated by you, Pinokio? I've had to fight much worse over my 100 year life span."

Getting back on his feet, Buggy looked at the arm Jack had flipped, and gave a real sounding yell. "MY ARM!!" The arm in question was now at Jacks feet, and Buggy grabbed his 'wound' with his other hand. Backing away slightly, Buggy left his foot on the ground behind Jack (yeah, sounds wierd but oh well). With a mook look of fear on his face Buggy took another step back. "Y... you're really strong. Much to strong for the likes of me. I mean look what you did to my arm! How about we just call it a tie, and you let us leave?"

[Michael]

Hmm... That was un expected...

Jack looked at Buggy funny then looked at the arm and foot. "Hmm... A tie? I really didn't pull that hard... You really that weak?" he said picking up his arm. "Well you wont be needing this any more now will you, Pinokio?" He said, as he picked it up and threw it into the ocean.

[Razum]

(Foot was behind you, and he didn't make a show of it falling off. You probably shouldn't have noticed it.)

Buggy gave a slight smirk at Jack's responce. Fool. He says he's lived a hundred years, but he doesn't seem to have much experiance against Devil's Fruit users. The missing foot flew at Jack's back as a knife sprang from the shoe. As Jack was throwing the arm, Buggy detached the hand, and made it fly knife first at Jack's stomach. "Please. Did you honestly think a pirate would give up so easily? Or that I was so weak?" As soon as the momentum of Jack's throw ended, Buggy flew the arm (not the hand, just the arm) back to his body and reattached it.

Jack let both parts stab him. Normally this would kill someone instantly or lead him into a slow death. He then fell to the floor on his knees, as if he was about to die. Then after a few seconds his head rose up with a grin on his face. "Ha Ha! Ya, you obviously was faking." He said, as he pulled the foot out of his body, but the knife was still in his body. Then he took the foot then bunted it back at Buggy. "Here’s your foot back, Red." He then got the hand off and threw it also. "I see you are also one of the cursed ones, as am I."

(The knives are still stuck in Jacks body)

(Don't forget to not take things to far. Sure, you're devils fruit my increase your endurance (I'm going to go with up to Zoro's level of endurance, which is rediculous in itself), but you still feel the damage. Those knives in you aren't enough to kill you, but they are definatly going to hurt you. Oh, and if you need a refrence for the level of endurance Zoro, and therefore you, have, watch this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn3Cc5xbNpQ. That battle was the limit of Zoro's endurance. Keep things within reason of that.)

Buggy reattached his hand and foot, grinning nastily over at Jack. "I don't particularly care if you're a cursed one. That sword shows that you're a swordsman, and no swordsman can beat me. They can't cut me. If you're thinking about continuing this fight, then you must have eaten the idiot fruit." Buggy motioned some of his crew before looking back at Jack. "I have a village to attack, so I don't have time for a red-coat wearing idiot like you." The color reminds me too much of Red Hair anyway... "So, I'll end this now."

Buggy launched both hands forward, aiming to thrust 3 knives each into Jack's body. At the same time as the launched, a couple of pirates sprang from behind Jack with a large, steel cage, and attempted to bring it down on top of Jack.

Jack stepped forwards to avoid the cage. Then he jumped up and landed on top of the cage, to avoid the other attack from buggy. As he landed on the cage, he reached for the knifes stuck in and pulled them out. This caused a bit of pain but not enough to show. Then he took the knifes and threw them into the crowd of pirates. He then jumped off and landed in front of Buggy. "Thanks for that bit of info. I don’t need to cut you to beat you." Jack said, with a smile. He then readied his sword in a unusual position. Then he swung it at buggy, but instead of slicing he hit Buggy with the side of his sword.

Buggy just laughed as he split his torso from his legs, allowing the sword to pass harmlessly through the middle. "All you did as make the sword slower! You really are an idiot! Now, fall before the power of the Bara Bara no Mi." Buggy started laughing as he fell... no, closer to floated apart. He feet and hands seperated from the arms and legs, which themselfs broke into smaller pieces. Even the torso split once or twice. Only the head stayed completely intact. "Bara Bara Hurricane!"

The pieces all began to spin in a mini twister, quickly approching Jack. While knives were in there somewhere, they weren't the issue at hand. Buggy's hands grabbed at Jack's feet to stop him from moving, while the feet flew at his chest, aiming to knock him backwards, straight into the cage. To top it all off, Cabaji decided to get involved, and jumped above Jack, ready to stop him from escaping if need be.

Jack didn't have much time to act. Jack swung his sword at the feet, to at least stop them from kicking. Then Jack thru his sword up to stab through Cabaji. Right after that, Jack got a hold of his lighter. He then spilled lighter fluid on the hands and on the dock. Not allot, but enough. Then he lit the dock on fire and the hands. As soon as they let go he jumped. Wile in mid air he grabbed his sword, whether it missed or stabbed, and landed behind Buggy. Then he immediately distanced himself from Buggy about 12ft away.

Well the fire should mess the crew up... For now at least.
