1.Show Respect to All Members:This site is supposed to be for fun, and no one can have fun if the members are all bickering. So please show respect to all fellow roleplayers. Those who do not show respect recieve a warning, and continued abuse will result in a ban.
2.No God-Modding or Powerplaying: God-Modding is basically making your character into an overly powerful character. Issues that fall under this include, but not limited to; making your character invincible, dodging everything thrown at you, making your moves undodgeable/unblockable, killing other characters without permission, etc.Powerplaying is simply controlling another person's character without permission. Breaking either of these results first in a warning, and then in a ban.
3.No Spam: Spam is just annoying. If you want to spam, please leave this site immediately. This includes spamming in the C-Box. Again, first a warning and then a ban if it continues.
4.Multiple Characters Allowed:You may have more than one character if you can keep track of them all.
5.NPCs: NPCs are nonplayable-characters and can be requested if needed. Only moderators are allowed to control them.
6.Keep Romance,Violence, and Langueage reasonable: Romance is allowed in the roleplays, but please leave out explicit material. If you, for some reason, need to do so, do it somewhere other than this site.
Violence is bound to happen eventually, but nothing extremely gory. Were roleplaying, not re-enacting Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Depending on the roleplay, certain levels of violence are tolerated. For example, a Naruto roleplay will be more violent than Digimon. However, limbs being hacked off and killing is not allowed without permission from the other player.
Moderate language is allowed, but keep it reasonable. Don't say it every other word.
Breaking the first two result in a warning followed by ban (and post deleted). The third in warnings, but bans if kept up.
7.Use Good Grammar and Spelling: Use capitalization, puncuation, etc. to make you post legible and easy to understand. Also, occasional minor spelling mistakes are fine, but there is a spell check feature if you can't spell anything right. This won't get you banned, only warned.
8.Leave Religion and Politics Out of Here: Religious and political beliefs are very touchy subjects for people, and so please restrain yourself from bringing them up in OOC posts, and don't abuse them in IC posts. However, I do love these sort of things so I may occassionally put a thread up discussing these sort of topics. However, only I can do this, no one else.
9.Minimum of 30 Words Per In-Character Posts: In-Character posts must contain a minimum of 30 words per post. This is to encourage roleplayers to develop well-thought out posts as well as make it easier type out developed replies. It also helps move things along in threads so they aren't just a bunch of one lines leading to nowhere. Leeway will be given at times, but constant failure to reach this limit will lead to me providing assistance through the Pikachu's School of Roleplaying. Refusal to participate will lead to warnings and eventually banning.
Note, neither moderators or I will count your posts word by word everytime. This is mostly a subjective thing; if it looks to short we'll check it.
10.I Have The Right to Change The Rules When Needed:Do I really need to explain this?

10.I Have The Right to Change The Rules When Needed:Do I really need to explain this?
All of the general rules apply here! However here are the rules unique to this role play.
11. Not everybody can be a master alchemist! Alchemy is one of those things that takes a very long time to get very good at. There is only one, maybe two teenagers that have gotten very good so young. Edward Elric is one of them.
12. If you decide to be an Alchemist your alchemy must be a REAL element! No made up things like super shadow mind control alchemy. Be original!
13. Please do not duplicate the same alchemy types as the cannon characters. Sure you can have the same element, but your character can not be a mary sue that has the same magical gloves as Roy Mustang (he can snap his fingers and light things on fire)
14. Automail. Its the Mechanical limbs that some characters have like Edward. I`d rather not see a billion people have automail. Please have a good reason, remember you can always get a limb hacked off later and get some awesome new limbs.
15. Members of the Military have swords, guns, and various other things like that.
16. There are only 7 Homunculi, they are the seven sins. Each of them is an already made character so if you want to be one you have to wait until one dies, then your new character can maybe take its place.
17. No you cant have a philosophers stone XD Even though there are several in the FMA world, you cant just find one on the ground. If you can find the guy that makes em... nahh. You`ll probably just get a fake like the rest of them.
18. To add to the Alchemy thing, you dont nessisarily have to have an element, you can be an artistic alchemist, or a super muscular one. You cant be more than one though. No Fire and Water alchemists.
19. The fighting goes by the honor system. If you know your character cant win against somebody elses, dont pretend like they can. They dont have to die, but make get fit a few times. Bail out before you die. Alchemy can be pretty violent, and others can be much more powerful then you can imagine.
20. An alchemist must draw out a transmutation circle and put the stuff you need to make what ever your making in the middle. Few people can preform alchemy without a circle, probably because they have a special pocket watch, stone, or other item that can not be obtained unless it is given to you by a higher ranking person. (Military offers generally have these items)
21. Have Fun ^^ And if you have any questions ask myself or Pikachu. THESE RULES ARE ONLY THE BEGINING AND MORE WILL BE ADDED AS NEEDED!
