"Great, lead on then Adrian. I don't know anything about this town outside of those rumors, so you'll be the one responsible for locating someplace to eat."
Seeing as he was going to be walking soon Mikhail had to stretch his legs a little bit before repositioning his cane for prime walking conditions.

"Like I said, prive is not a matter. I can just write it off as a travelling expense. Why else would I be offering it to you two?" Done speaking Mikhail started walking in the direction that Adrian said the inn was.
"So then, what are you doing around here if you don't live here?" Mikhail said towards the girl, forgetting her name temporarily.

Alex looked up at him with a rather blank expression. She shrugged at first without saying a word.
"Just traveling to forget I suppose."she told him, "Other than that... I really dont know."

"Well, if your trying to forget than I guess its none of my business, isn't it?" With that Mikhail became quiet again, just following behind Adrian quietly. He was wondering what the inn would have to eat. There was a temptation to ask him how much longer, but the guy probably knew what he was doing.

Alex shrugged, she wasnt so sensitive about the topic as she used to be. Now she wouldnt go into details but she could hint to what she was trying to forget since they didnt have anything else to talk about.
"Ishbal."that was all she said, since she figured he could probably fill in the blanks. Her tanned skin, red eyes, her hand. It all sort of fell into place.

After 5 minutes Adrian stopped and pointed to an inn just up the road from them. "their it is" Adrian said before walking up to the door and holding it open for them.

Alex nodded as she headed inside of the Inn. She waited off to the side so she didnt get in the way.

Mikhail followed behind Adrian and Alex. Looking around he found some empty seats at a table. Sitting down he propped his cane against a table and waited for his dining companions. Meanwhile he looked around the place, finding it to have a small town charm. Personally, he didn't care about that. He just wanted some food, and possibly some answers.

"Well, if possible, something to drink like water or something a bit stronger than that." Mikhail watched as Alex sat herself down before talking again.
"And maybe some bread. That would be nice."
Mikhail took another look around the place, noticing that the few people that were there were giving him some weird looks. Angry looks. It didn't surprise him that much though. There were a lot of people who didn't like the state alchemist, and he had heard that this town was particularly bad about it.
"Seems I'm not well liked in this place. Hope you two don't plan to stay long here. Wouldn't want to hurt your reputations by associating with you."

Alex shrugged as she crossed her arms and looked around at the angry faces. It didnt bother her if people didnt like her, a particular bad guy had ruined the reputation of Ishballens already.
"People need to learn to get over themselves sometimes... not all State Alchemists are jerks. I certanly wasnt."

"Sad to say then that your in the minority. Most of the ones I've dealt with have been either psychos or jerks. About the only ones I've ever met that haven't been have been that Colonel Mustang guy and his group. Then again, he even pushes the line sometimes."
It was around this time someone finally came by to take their orders, and he proceeded to ask about getting some water with bread and beef. The hostess didn't seem that happy to talk to him, but took the order down and waited for the others.
