Below is the official skeleton for profiles for the Digimon:Mutation roleplay. Please fill in all parts of the profile, and title your application thread with your character's name and Digimon (ex: Richard Marshall/DemiDevimon).

Human Description
Character's Name:
Gender:
Age: No lower than 10, and no higher than 18.Unless there is a very good reason.
Status: Civilian,DATS Agent,Bio-Hybrid

Description: Things such as height, weight, clothes,etc. Should be at least one good paragraph long

Personality: What does your person act like? How do they interact with others? Should be at least one good paragraph long.

History:Explain your characters life and background. What is there family like, where do they live,etc. Should be at least two paragraphs long. If you are a member of DATS or a Bio-Digimon do not forget to include how you got into that position.

Digimon Nickname:

Digimon History: A paragraph long. Basically describe how they got to the human world and joined up with your partner.

Digimon Personality: Same as above for humans.

Bio-Hybrid Cover Digimon: If you are a Bio-Hybrid Digimon wishing to work from within DATS you will need a cover Digimon. Do the same as above with the following rules;
-Must be a machine Digimon (Hagurumon for example). These Digimon are not real Digimon, just robots. Hence why they must be machine Digimon.
-Only go up to Champion.
