Naruto Roleplay Rules

Below are the rules that are unique to Naruto Roleplay:

1.Violence: In Naruto things are going to get ugly. The level of violence tolerated in this RP is higher than any other roleplay. However, basic rules concerning violence are still in effect.

2.Cash: Each shinobi village has a thread that serves as a shop that cash can be used to buy equipment. Cash is given as rewards for succesfully completing missions.

3.Missions: Each shinobi village has a thread where missions can be placed to be completed by shinobi. If you are in a mission, please place the mission name in the title and post the mission specs in the first post of the thread.

4.Kage Position: Each of the Five Major Shinobi Villages have a Kage. The Kage is similar to a moderator, though their control is limited to their village. They are in charge of the village, controlling mission assignments. Also, they are in charge of directing policy within the village.

5.Foreign Policy: The world of Naruto is filled with alliances and battles. This roleplay is no exception. Alliances can be made, wars started, treaties signed,etc. However, only the Kage can decide the policy, though other ninja don't have to follow it.

Relation with Canon Characters

Seeing as this is an issue I ignored first creating the rules, I have decided to deal with it now. First, the rules.

1.At this point we are allowing people to play canon characters, with rules for such described below.

2.People are free to have interactions with canon characters in their histories. You are free to know them, and even train with them if you want. However, you are not allowed to be related to them (exceptions appear in next rule), such as being a child or cousin or anything like that without the permission of the person playing the character (and if no one is playing them, to bad). Also, you're not allowed to have had romantic relations with them (without permission). We don't need Saskue or Naruto being every girl (and some guys) lover . Keep that sort of thing in mind and we'll be fine.

3.The exception to the no relation to the character rule is if you are a member of a clan. Obviously, you'll be related to canon characters, but still can't be their children/sibling, etc. Cousins are perfectly fine however.
