If you can't read the text, it says "When this card is activated, both players must select three cards from their deck to remove from play. These cards are not treated as being removed from play by the effect of any other card that deals with removing cards from play or cards removed from play. Each player, during their respective Draw Phase, can pay 1000 Life Points to add to their hand one of the cards removed from play by the effect of this card instead of drawing from their deck. If this card is destroyed, all cards removed from play by its effect are returned to their owners' decks, and the decks are shuffled."

Was that supposed to be a hint for me? I could probably whip up an image sometime if you really wanted . . . Anyway, I have another card idea. I probably won't actually use either of these. They were just interesting ideas that I thought might spice up the game a little. EDIT: Oh, man, I just had a great idea for a series of monster cards. And those, I probably would use.

Anyway, that comment was just a random thought of mine. No need to worry about it. As for this, I say it's approved.

Thanks again.
I got the stats worked out for that series of monster cards I mentioned earlier. They're based on sixteen races from a story I'm writing (their names are taken from their respective planets; except Elemaeus, who is loosely based on an actual character from the story), so I have pictures of most of them already drawn. I have to add backgrounds, though, which is why I haven't posted the actual cards yet. But I figured I could go ahead and get the card concepts approved (or not), so I can tweak them if needed before I post the actual cards. I tried to keep these not only balanced with the rest of the game, but with each other (except Elemaeus, obviously). So let me know if one of them strikes you as being better or worse than the rest.
The Sixteen Dragons - Sijrin of Fire Attribute: Fire Type: Pyro Level: 8 ATK: 2300 DEF: 2500 When this card first inflicts battle damage to your opponent’s Life Points, inflict an additional 100 points of damage. Each subsequent time this card inflicts battle damage, add an additional 100 points to the extra damage that is inflicted, up to a maximum of 2000 after 20 successful attacks.
The Sixteen Dragons - Nenharma of Water Attribute: Water Type: Aqua Level: 8 ATK: 2300 DEF: 2600 Once per turn, while this card is face-up on the field, you can gain 1000 Life Points. When you activate this effect, your opponent also gains 500 Life Points.
The Sixteen Dragons - Luthien of Earth Attribute: Earth Type: Rock Level: 8 ATK: 2300 DEF: 2300 Once per turn, during your Main Phase, this card can be flipped into face-down defense position. Every time this card is flipped up, its ATK and DEF are increased by 100, up to a maximum ATK and DEF of 4000.
The Sixteen Dragons - Celebria of Wind Attribute: Wind Type: Winged Beast Level: 8 ATK: 2300 DEF: 1800 You can remove this card from play during any phase of either player’s turn. This card is returned to your side of the field on the fourth turn after this effect is activated.
The Sixteen Dragons - Hothrael of Light Attribute: Light Type: Spellcaster Level: 8 ATK: 3000 DEF: 1000 All cards are flipped face-up. Effect Monsters, Trap, and Spell Cards flipped up by this effect are still treated as being face-down, and their effects are not activated at this time. In addition, cards cannot be played face-down while this card is face-up on the field, but Effect Monsters, Trap, and Spell Cards can be effectively “set” face-up without being activated. These cards can be activated at any point that they would be activated if they had been played face-down.
The Sixteen Dragons - Naessi of Dark Attribute: Dark Type: Fiend Level: 8 ATK: 2500 DEF: 3000 When this card attacks, if you have at least three face-down Spell or Trap Cards on your side of the field, you may select a face-down Spell or Trap Card on your opponent’s side of the field and add it to your hand. If this effect is activated, your opponent may also select a face-down Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field and add it to his/her hand.
The Sixteen Dragons - Idril of Ice Attribute: Water Type: Aqua Level: 8 ATK: 2100 DEF: 1100 Once every 4 turns, you may select a monster on your opponent’s side of the field. That monster cannot attack or change its battle position for the next 3 turns.
The Sixteen Dragons - Anarion of Energy Attribute: Light Type: Thunder Level: 8 ATK: 2300 DEF: 100 If this defense position monster is attacked by an attacking monster with a higher ATK than this card’s DEF, do not destroy this card, and inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent’s Life Points. When this defense position monster is attacked, it is switched to attack position, and its battle position cannot be changed for the next 2 turns.
The Sixteen Dragons - Taurnil of Venom Attribute: Water Type: Reptile Level: 8 ATK: 1500 DEF: 1000 If there is at least one monster on your opponent’s side of the field, this card can attack your opponent’s Life Points directly. If there are no monsters on your opponent’s side of the field, this monster cannot attack.
The Sixteen Dragons - Oron of Metal Attribute: Earth Type: Machine Level: 8 ATK: 2500 DEF: 4000 If there is an Equip Spell Card equipped to this card, you may pay 100 Life Points to switch that Equip Spell Card with another Equip Spell Card that you choose from your Deck. The first Equip Card is returned to your Deck, and the second is then automatically equipped to this card, and the Deck is shuffled. For 2 turns after this effect is activated, this card’s original ATK is lowered by 100 points.
The Sixteen Dragons - Ravlian of Mind Attribute: Earth Type: Psychic Level: 8 ATK: 2200 DEF: 2000 As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent must show you every card he/she draws from his/her Deck.
The Sixteen Dragons - Altariel of Luck Attribute: Wind Type: Spellcaster Level: 8 ATK: 2200 DEF: 2000 Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, you may return to your Deck the card you just drew, shuffle your Deck, and draw one card.
The Sixteen Dragons - Flittdra of Agility Attribute: Wind Type: Fairy Level: 8 ATK: 1000 DEF: 1000 This face-up card cannot be selected as the target of an opponent’s attack. If this card would be destroyed by the effect of a Trap, Spell, or Effect Monster Card, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to prevent this card from being destroyed by the effect. If this effect is activated, this card can attack twice during your next battle phase.
The Sixteen Dragons - Urgon of Strength Attribute: Earth Type: Warrior Level: 8 ATK: 4000 DEF: 4000 This card must attack an opposing monster every turn. If there are face-up monsters, this card must target the monster on your opponent’s side of the field with the highest ATK. If there are no monsters on your opponent’s side of the field, this card is destroyed.
The Sixteen Dragons - Shaera of Life Attribute: Water Type: Fairy Level: 8 ATK: 1500 DEF: 1800 When this card is first Summoned (including Flip Summon or Special Summon), you may Tribute a monster from your side of the field to Special Summon one Life Token, which takes on all stats, attributes, and effects of the monster that was Tributed to summon it. If a Life Token is attacked, flip a coin twice. If both results are heads, the Life Token takes on the stats, attributes, and effects of the monster that attacked it. If both results are tails, Special Summon an additional Life Token identical to the one that was attacked.
The Sixteen Dragons - Hellachlor of Death Attribute: Dark Type: Zombie Level: 8 ATK: ? DEF: ? The ATK and DEF of this card become equal to the combined ATK and DEF, respectively, of the two monsters Tributed for the Tribute Summon of this card. Monsters destroyed by this card are removed from play instead of being sent to the Graveyard. This card gains 200 ATK for every monster removed from play, but loses 100 ATK for every monster in your Graveyard.
Elemaeus - Herald of the Apocalypse Attribute: Dark Type: Dragon ATK: 5000 DEF: 4500 [Fusion] This card cannot be Fusion Summoned except by playing “Circle of the Sixteen Elements” while 16 “The Sixteen Dragons” cards with different names are in your graveyard. These cards are removed from play to Special Summon this card. This counts as a Fusion Summon. When this card is successfully Summoned, roll a die. If the result is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, you may Special Summon up to 4 of the cards that were removed from play during the Fusion Summon of this card. If the result is 1, you automatically lose the current Duel.
Circle of the Sixteen Elements [Normal Spell Card] This card is used to Fusion Summon “Elemaeus - Herald of the Apocalypse.”

I have a problem with Urgon due to his stats being basically tying with Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon in ATK and being a simple summon. I also have problems with Shaera due to those Life Token sounding almost indestructible since heads makes them take the stats of the opposing monster and tails just summons another one. I also have a problem with Flittdra because there is no downside to the effect except discarding a card, which I don't think is that big of a cost most of the time.
Other than that, I'd say the following would apply for the others: Sijrin of Fire- x1 Nenharma of Water- x1 Luthien of Earth- x1 Hothreal of Light- x1 Anarion of Energy- x1 Ravlian of Mind- x1 Hellachlor of Death- x1 Elemaeus - Herald of the Apocalypse- x1
Celbria of Wind- x2 Naessi of Dark- x2 Idril of Ice- x2 Taurnil of Venom- x2 Oron of Metal- x2 Altariel of Luck- x2

For Shaera - I changed the effect so that it says to flip a coin twice for the Life Tokens' effect, and you have to get two heads or two tails to activate the effects. That way, there's only a 25% chance of either one.
For Flittdra - I changed it so that you have to discard 2 cards for the effect. I must admit, though, that it was somewhat intentional that I made her effect so overpowered, since her ATK is so low. Should I add that you cannot equip her with Equip Magic Cards, or would that make her too underpowered?
EDIT: I should also note that, in case you didn't know, according to official Yugioh rulings about cards that cannot be selected as attack targets (like Flittdra): you can attack your opponent's Life Points directly if such a card is the only one they have on the field. You may not have known this, and if you ask me, that's enough to make Flittdra not nearly as good a card as she might otherwise seem.
For Urgon - I lowered his ATK to 4000. I know that's still really high, but that's why I gave him such a nasty effect, to compensate for the high attack.
ANOTHER EDIT: I just noticed you misspelled Hothrael and Celebria in your list. You spelled them Hothreal and Celbria. Just thought you'd like to know.

When I get the chance, sure (currently, I have smileys, fanfiction, homework, a baking project, and a roleplay to occupy my time, so I don't really need any more obligations right at this moment). I'll draw the figures for you, but you have to find your own backgrounds.
We should probably make a separate board for this, though. Pikachu, where should we put a board for working on card art?

Already added those cards to the list Nothlit. morfowt, I'll get to yours eventually. XD You did? They aren't showing up for me, then. And are the new versions of Shaera, Flittdra, and Urgon approved, or do I need to downgrade them some more?
