Communist Revolution: Sorry, no. Cost is too small for an effect that strong. Also, the image has "Not For Public Use" right on it...
Communism: Uh, could explain the effect more deeply? Does it prevent summonings of cards Lv. 2 or higher. Also, you spelled "may" wrong.
Strength in Numbers: Fine as it is except you spelled "your" wrong.
The KGB: One Per Deck
Red Army Recruitment:Fine As it is
Nuclear Warefare: Tell Blackworth that if he wanted his Manhattan Project to go through it should have been handled like this. I can see the holographic image now; each turn the missiles get slowly closer XD. Personally think the name should be "Mutally Assured Destruction" but... anyways, one per deck. Though for realisms sake there are ways to destroy nuclear missiles in progress.
Also, an official ruling from me; cards that prevent the activation of trap cards effect this card as well. So if lets say "Jinzo" or "Imperial Decree" is on the field, well, no Nuclear Warefare. They don't destroy them, just prevent them from being activated.

Sorted out spelling mistakes, re-explained communism with added effects, made communist revolution affect both players monsters and made nuclear warfare destroyable by monster effect only

Uh, technically you can only normal summon once per turn. Any additional summons would have to be Special Summons. So the card would have to read like this;
"If you Normal Summon a Lv. 2 or lower monster you can Special Summon another Lv. 2 or lower monster..."
Now then, it was fine the way it was before, but the added effects just shot it down. Adding extra tribute costs to summons is a bit too much in my opinion.
Communist Revolution: Uh discarding 1 card to destroy all monsters on the field? No.
As for Nuclear Warfare you didn't have to change the name. That was just a random thought on my part. Anyways, it was fine the way it was. Its One Per Deck though.

3rd time lucky? (I wouldn't say the origional communist revolution is a s cheesy as some of the real cards, such as raigeki, though I would say its a tad overpowered. Changed it's effect completly)

Actually, I was fine with it if you had just increased the number of cards discarded, but that works too. Two per deck.
And yes, I know Raigeki is an overpowered card, but it is a One Per deck deal. Its the cost we'll have to pay for some of those other cards being let in.
