Ok, so I had a few questions about card rulings, and i couldn't find anything about it in the site pikachu/whammyman posted so I decided to post it here (which might not be really helpful since this whole area is practically dead, but oh well).
Barrel Behind the Door/Tower of Babel: Tower of Babel's effect is that for every spell card activated after its activation, a spell counter is placed on it. this card deals 3000 points of damage to the player who places the 4th spell counter. Barrel Behind the Door's effect is that whenever you take damage from an effect, the damage is transferred to your opponent. question: if i were to play the fourth spell counter on the "Tower of Babel", could I play "Barrel Behind the Door" so that my opponent takes the damage?

If you mean you play barrel behind the door after the 4th spell counter has been activated, and you then activate Barrel behind the Door then yeah you can, as it fills all the criterias (im judging off this that BBTD is a quick-play?), though if you mean play barrel behin the door so that it becomes the 4th counter then i dont think you can, as BBTDs effect would need to end first, and then Tower of Babel, meaning you'll take the damage.
((i may not rp here, but i like to look around here in my free time))

ok, new question:
exiled force: tribute this face-up card to destroy 1 monster on the field. question: can this effect be activated during your opponent's turn?

I'd assume not.

according to that site on individual card rulings, Elemental Hero Wildheart (a mosnter that's unaffected by traps) can be special summoned with Call of the Haunted.
1. I'm gonna need a clearer explanation on how that's possible. 2. Could Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 (a monster that's unaffected by spell cards) be special summoned with Level Modulation?

1.Since he's in the Graveyard, his effect isn't active. I assume thats the reason. 2.Again, he can be. Remember, effects don't activate till they're on the field. He can be summoned by Level Up, so I would asssume Level Modulation would work as well.

I just realized another possible reason. Level modulation negates the LV monster's effect for that turn...

new question:
according to the individual card rulings for weapon change:
If you switch a monster's ATK/DEF with "Weapon Change", and then apply a new modifier, apply it to the switched ATK/DEF. Then, after "Weapon Change"'s effect ceases, re-apply the modifier to the reverted ATK/DEF once again.
If you use "Weapon Change" to make "Gear Golem" into a 2200/800 monster, then use "Limiter Removal" to make it 4400/800, then destroy "Weapon Change", "Gear Golem" is 800/4400.
is it just me, or do these two contradict each other?

It sounds like it to me, but there must be reason they don't. I truly don't know morfowt.

does Volcanic Eruption count as a volcanic card even though it has nothing to do with that set?

Well, looking it up, I'd have to say no because it can only be used when Jurassic World is on the field. Its a Dinosaur card basically.

solar flare dragon: during your end phase, your opponent loses 500 life points. dark room of nightmare: every time your opponent takes damage (except battle damage), your opponent loses 300 life points
if you have 2 "solar flare dragon"s and 1 "dark room of nightmare", is the damage 1300 (500 + 500 + 300), or is it 1600 (500 + 300 + 500 + 300)? what about with 2 "dark room of nightmare"?
