Description: The ninja preforms the necessary hand symbols, then the ninja spins in circle violently. This causes the air to gather in to the form of a small version of a tornado. The ninja then jams his feet into the ground to stop spinning. The tornado then begins it's path of destruction. Anything within 15 ft is sucked in the tornado. Every extra chakra point added to it adds a +0.5 ft.
