Name: Crystal Umaja
Age: 13

Dorm Ra Yellow
Description: Crystal is kinda short. She's barely taller than 5 feet. She is of average build, and quite fit, as she is quite active and loves sports, expecially water sports. She originally had chestnut hair, but dyed it aqua, her favourite color, a few years ago. Crystal keeps her hair pretty short, because it's better for water sports, and because she can't be bothered to make it look nice. Crystal dresses really casually. She wears tight jeans and a plain blue t-whirt most of the time. Of course, at Duel Academy, she wears the school uniform. Underneath it, she wears tight, black, pants and the blue t-shirt. She wears boots, and sometimes sandles (but never at school), but she has never worn high-heels (except during her aunt's wedding).
Personality: Crystal is pretty much a tomboy. She's not very pretty (in her opinion) and doesn't care about cleanliness. She's also outgoing, energetic, easily excitable, and just loves sports and outdoor activities, especially those related to water. Name any water sport or activity: swimming, water skiing, surfing, scuba diving; she's most likely done it. Her love of water even extends to her Fish deck which are mostly Water monsters.
She's also easily angered, and can quite easily lose her temper, especially when someone insults water or anything about water. Much like how water can be both calm and violent.
History: Crystal was born in the Caribbean Islands. She was taught surfing and a love for the ocean at a young age. She was especially fond of the fish that lived in the Caribbean sea. A few years ago, she and her family moved to a small city in Florida, because her father was offered a better job. It was at that time the duel monsters card game was at the peak of its popularity in Florida, and Crystal, being as easily excitable as she is, eagerly wanted to play. She began collecting cards and found an interest in Fish monsters. She has a younger sister named Clementine, whom she also taught how to play.
By middle school, she has a deck completely revolved around water monsters, and well known in her class for being a pretty good duelist. She never really intended to go into duel academy after middle school, rather her friends and family encouraged and persuaded her to. She scored relatively well in the exams and got in Ra Yellow. After congratulations from her friends and family, she happily entered Duel Academy, although she disapproves of the school uniforms for girls...
Spirit Partner: None. She is one of the rare duelists who doesn't have a spirit partner ((it's possible to not have a spirit partner isn't it? since a lot of people in the anime didn't have spirit partners))
