Ichibiri's Special Paper

I've been thinking of making a special series of weapons for each of my characters so they had something a little unique about them. So we'll start with Ichibiri's special papers, which are pieces of paper that have special effects when used. He only carries five of each color on him at each time.

Name: Red Paper
Weapon Type: Paper Note
Description: Ichibiri's red papers are red in color, and contain a special seal on them that activates when it hits the enemy.
Special Powers: Bursts into flames when it hits the enemy. If it misses, nothing happens.

Name: Blue Paper
Weapon Type: Paper Note
Description: Ichibiri's blue papers are blue in color and contain a special seal on them that activates when it hits the enemy.
Special Powers: A burst of chakra emits from the paper, and disrupts the enemies chakra flow.

Name:Yellow Paper
Weapon Type: Paper Note
Description:Ichibiri's yellow papers are yellow in color and contain a special seal on them that activates when it hits the enemy.
Special Powers: The paper bursts and releases a bright flash of light to blind the enemy.

Name: Black Paper
Weapon Type: Paper Note
Description: Ichibiri's black papers are black in color and contain a special seal on them that activates when it hits the enemy.
Special Powers: The paper bursts and releases a net to capture the enemy.

Name: Purple Paper
Weapon Type: Paper Note
Description: Ichibiri's purple papers are purple in color and contain a special seal on them that activates when it hits the enemy.
Special Powers: The paper bursts and releases a smoke of poison mist.
