Hino and Garun had stayed back to keep akane from any danger. When they say water shoot out of her mouth they both stared for a minute before realising it and they looked away. "Good thing we never got involved then because now when he shows up again we have me and you who he has no idea what jutsu's we use" Hino said with a slight grin to Garun. Garun turned his head to look at Akane. "Akane what jutsu's can you use because I prefer to know what the strengths and weakness's of my team mates or in this case the person I am protecting are ok?" Garun asked her.

Mai popped her knuckles, even though the demon fox healed her serious wounds it didnt prevent her back from hurting a bit. She used some spit to rub the blood off her face. Her blue eyes glanced back at Garun who was speaking to Akane, she smiled not really caring as much as before.

Seeing as he didn't want the other people in the group to overhear, Hojo spoke to Mai in a whisper.
"Mai, I'm starting to suspect that Akane here might have one of the tailed beast in her. She said that they were after something she had that was giving her large amounts of chakra, and in my experience tailed beasts are one of the few things capable of doing that. Plus, it would make sense for someone to go after her if she had such a thing. The only reason I mentioned it to you is because you have one as well."
Meanwhile Akane was thinking of how to answer Garun's question.
"I know a few water-based jutsu, but other than that projectile they are all defensive ones."

"Ok well that means when Mai is attacking try and not hit her because with her fire based jutsu's she will not be happy. Oh and also when Mai uses one of her developed attacks ((Lightning) try and stay away because with you using water her attacks will devastate you because Mai is an excellent ninja with her lightning, though she like to make it seem she isnt" Garun told Akane. "Oh and if you ever get injured at all come to me as I can heal some injuries" He added

Seeing as Mai was already talking louder Hojo raised his voice some, though he made sure to keep it low enough that the others couldn't hear.
"No, let's not ask her right now. I think she sincerely doesn't know about it. But try to be a little bit nicer to her. I'm sure you can sympathize a bit with her. And I want you to try and get along with Hino as well. Even if he presents them in a manner I wouldn't personally do, he does a bit of a point. Try to keep emotions separate from battle, and if you do already keep it up. Just don't try picking fights with him, and I'm going to tell him the same thing."
Back at Akane's conversation, she just listened quietly as Garun explained what she should do. She already knew most of that stuff, except that Mai knew lightning attacks. Still, she wasn't planning on using her water jutsu that much anyways.
"Okay then, I'll keep that in mind."

"My emotions dont effect the way I battle!!!"Mai yelled, then blinked a few times, she coughed, "Ehhemmm, well ... they dont... most of the time..." She crossed her arms and quickly walked a little bit ahead of Hojo.

"KK" Garun said before he heard Mai shout. "Hino watch Akane, I gotta go see whats up" Garun said before running off. Hino turned and grabbed hold oh akane's rm lightly. "Stay close" He told her.
Garun caught up to Mai and Hojo. "Whats with the shouting... Aint we meant to be quiet." He asked the two of them

"yeah it looked like a nasty scratch." Garun said before turning to look at the now uncut cheek. "your ability to heal youself so quickly is obviously brought on thanks to the you know what inside of you" Garun said to her aswell as himself.

"Yeah... even though the fox is a pain to carry around, it sure does have its advantages."she said,"Although when hes mad it makes ya feel kinda sick, since the fox is sealed in my stomach ... " She poked herself in the belly, then laughed, "I think it sleeps all day."

"Haha it probably does. Maybe it sleeps all the time till your in combat or until you feel great emotion" Garun said remembering the time they were training and she got mad and basicly kicked him around. "Well maybe you should be careful in fights to try and get like Hino. If its because of your anger that the fox shows itself then maybe you should try not having emotions in battle because I would hate it if the fox took you over because then you wouldnt be you" Garun said to her
